Ordering
You may order online, by phone or by mail order.

Payment
We accept cheques and credit or debit cards. We do not keep customers payment details.
Online and phone payments are made through secure servers where your details are never shared.

Carriage
Carriage is free for UK orders.
For overseas shipping prices please go to the ‘Postage’ link on the left.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days.
UK orders under £70 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
If you are not in to sign for your order, your local sorting office will keep the parcel for one week.
UK orders over £70 are sent by carrier.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ which can be tracked.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product just return it to us within 7 days and we will be happy to refund or exchange.

Privacy
We do not disclose our customers details to third parties.

We do not accept responsibility for improper or irresponsible use of our products.
